Richard Ledding graduated with his law degree from the University of Victoria in 1981 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1982.
Richard has a varied solicitor’s practice focusing on corporate, real estate, trust and estate law. He is the corporate solicitor for many prominent corporations throughout British Columbia and has been serving various sectors of the business community in Vancouver and throughout British Columbia for over twenty years.
Richard also acts for a large number of “creative” as well as traditional real estate investors, syndicators and developers and frequently speaks at various real estate investment seminars, including Ozzie Jurock’s seminars for his real estate action groups.

| Sonny S. Parhar |

Sonny Parhar practices in the areas of civil and corporate litigation including personal injury, family, real estate and contract law. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Commerce degree in 1996 and graduated from the University of Windsor with a Law degree in 2000.
After spending a summer as a student with Thompson & Elliott in 1999, Sonny articled with the downtown Toronto law firm of McDonald & Hayden in 2000 and 2001. He was called to the bar of the Provinces of Ontario and British Columbia in early 2002.
Sonny has successfully appeared as counsel on numerous matters in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. A list of reported decisions that Sonny has appeared as counsel on can be viewed below.
Sonny is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and is a sitting member of the Legislation and Law Reform Committee and the Automobile Insurance Committee of the Canadian Bar Association.
